1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add items to your shopping basket, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter delivery and payment details.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and other secure payment methods.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not been processed, you may contact customer support to request changes or cancellation.
Shipping & Delivery
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days (i.e. this excludes weekend and public holidays)
We do aim to send a majority of orders on next day delivery so often items can arrive sooner than this.

5. Do you offer international shipping?
We deliver primarily to the UK and Northern Ireland.
On request, we can ship to multiple countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location.

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Refunds
7. What is your return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We reserve the right to reject any returns after 28 days.
If you have received the correct parts you ordered and wish to return them, there is a 15% handling and admin fee to be deducted from the refund on return of the order. Return postage will need to be paid as well.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
