Dirt Bike Cylinder Heads – Restore Compression, Power, and Valve Control
Get your engine back to full power with our dirt bike cylinder heads — the component that houses your valves, combustion chamber, and camshaft, making it central to compression, airflow, and overall engine performance. Whether you're replacing a cracked, warped, or worn head, a quality replacement restores the sealing and precision your engine needs to run strong.
Why Riders Choose Our Cylinder Heads
Precision Machined Combustion Chamber – Accurate chamber geometry maintains correct compression ratio and combustion efficiency
Correct Valve Seat Specification – Precisely cut valve seats ensure a tight seal for maximum compression and reduced valve wear
Durable Aluminium Construction – High-grade cast or forged aluminium resists warping under repeated heat cycling
Flat, True Sealing Surface – Machined to tight flatness tolerances for a reliable gasket seal against the cylinder
Wide Model Range – Available for Honda CRF, Yamaha YZ/YZF, KTM SX/SX-F/EXC, Kawasaki KX/KX-F, and Suzuki RM/RM-Z
Why Cylinder Head Condition Matters So Much
The cylinder head controls valve timing, seals combustion pressure, and manages heat dissipation all at once, so even small issues here have an outsized effect on performance. A warped sealing surface leads to blown head gaskets and coolant or compression leaks, while worn valve seats bleed compression and cause hard starting or a rough idle. Addressing head problems properly, rather than chasing symptoms elsewhere in the engine, is often the real fix for lost power or persistent overheating.
Perfect For
- Bikes with blown head gaskets or persistent overheating
- Engines showing low compression or hard starting
- Post-crash or high-hours top-end rebuilds
- Riders replacing a cracked or warped head
