Dirt Bike Water Pump Kits – Reliable Cooling, No More Overheating
Keep your engine running at the right temperature with our water pump kits — a complete rebuild solution for restoring coolant flow and stopping the leaks that come from a worn impeller shaft seal. A failing water pump is one of the most common causes of overheating and coolant loss on a hard-ridden dirt bike, and catching it early can save your engine from far more serious heat-related damage.
Why Riders Choose Our Water Pump Kits
Complete Rebuild Kit – Includes impeller, mechanical seal, O-rings, and gasket needed for a full water pump service in one box
Fuel & Coolant-Resistant Seals – High-quality mechanical seal material resists coolant additives, heat, and repeated thermal cycling without leaking
Precision Impeller Fit – Correctly toleranced impeller blade profile restores full-rated coolant flow through the system
Prevents Coolant-Oil Contamination – A properly sealed shaft keeps coolant and engine oil completely separated, avoiding costly cross-contamination
Wide Model Range – Available for Honda CRF, Yamaha YZ/YZF, KTM SX-F/EXC-F, Kawasaki KX-F, and Suzuki RM-Z four-stroke models
Why Water Pumps Fail
The water pump shaft seal wears from constant rotation and heat exposure, and once it starts to go, coolant can weep past the seal, leading to gradual coolant loss, overheating, and in worst-case scenarios, coolant mixing into your engine oil where it destroys lubrication and bearing surfaces. Rebuilding the pump at the first sign of a coolant weep or milky oil is a cheap fix compared to the bottom-end damage that follows if it's left too long.
Perfect For
- Bikes showing coolant loss, weeping, or overheating
- Riders noticing milky or discoloured engine oil
- Pre-season cooling system servicing
- High-hours engines due a preventative water pump rebuild
